Thank you for shopping with OLKIMOS. Below you’ll find all the information regarding how and when your order will be shipped.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom-made or engraved pieces may require additional time (typically 5–10 business days).
    You will be notified if your order falls into this category.
  • If an item is not available 2 weeks up to 1 month is required in order to make it.

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Greece (Domestic):

EU Countries:

  • Standard Shipping: €13.40
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Switzerland:

  • Standard Shipping: €14.47
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

UK and Ireland:

  • Standard Shipping: €25.29
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days

Israel:

  • Standard Shipping: €78.16
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

USA and Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: €35.55

Australia and New Zealand:

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Customs & Duties

When ordering jewelry from abroad, customs rules differ depending on your location. Here’s what you can expect when receiving your piece:

  • European Union (EU): No import duties or taxes apply within the EU. Your order arrives without extra charges.

 

  • United States: The US applies 15% VAT  plus 18.62 USD as a handling fee on all orders sent from us. 

 

  • Australia: Orders under AUD 1,000 are free from import duties and taxes. Our jewelry falls safely within this limit.

 

  • United Kingdom: The UK applies 20% VAT on orders over GBP 135. Since most of our pieces exceed this amount, VAT and a small handling fee of 2% and a GBP 16.21 may be charged upon delivery. We cover that free from charge.

 

  • Canada: Canada applies GST/HST on orders over CAD 40, even if no customs duty is charged. Expect a small handling fee depending on the delivery service.

 

  • Switzerland: As of January 1, 2025, goods imported into Switzerland with a total value of CHF 150 or more are subject to Swiss VAT (at the standard rate of 8.1%) on the full value.

We always declare items clearly and ship with care to make the process as smooth as possible. Any applicable duties, VAT, or GST are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen events. OLKIMOS is not responsible for such delays once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@olkimos.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
